Hmmm might need to stop those thoughts I love babies all over, and a family full of girls (we are already) makes my soul sing!

Today I got to meet the newest little princess (born at only 5 pounds and 5 weeks early!) from this lovely family. You may recognise the 2 older girls from a shoot earlier in the year, and I am happy to say I got kisses today – awwww!!

K and C, it was a pleasure to see you again, and I loved every minute spent with your lovely precious girls! Have a great weekend and chat soon.

I was still able to get to meet I when he was only 1 hour old and enjoying his first tastes of milk. So very sweet and little. L and J, you are the most beautiful and sweet family, and I is one fortunate little guy to have such a loving family around him. I throughly enjoyed the time with you all today. See you next week

Having a baby is something that happens all the time, all around the world. It is a natural event, something women were meant to do and have been doing for as long as humans have been here. But when it is your baby, your body and YOUR birth it is nothing short of a miracle.

You may remember I put a call out here, on my blog, for a beautiful couple to share their tender moments with me during their labour and birth. I was so fortunate I had 2 families agree to this. K and D agreed once going home after their maternity shoot and seeing my blog.

I got the call yesterday afternoon from an excited D to say that K’s waters had broken and to be on standby. Well, I didn’t sleep much last night. During the night K nicely dilated and I got a hurried call just after 7am to get up to the birthing suite as she was now ready to push! When I got there it was surreal, so calm and beautiful. At 7:58am lovely M came gently into the world – perfect as can be!!

Here are 2 images I can share for now, I am waiting to run the rest past K and D; even though I have their permission. A clients privacy is very important to me. I do hope to share a video with you all in time however. I am so looking forward to going to the labour and birth with my other couple L and J – see you soon guys!

To D, K, D and baby M – I will never be able to thank you guys enough for the most amazing and beautiful experience. Much love x
